Memberships:

Memberhips require 30 day written notice to cancel and $250 early termination fee. Memberships auto billed monthly.

Classes Offered

 

Please bring a yoga mat to all of your classes for warm up, we also recommend dressing in layers. Most importantly, our classes do not require any prior experience and ALL of our classes help build strength and confidence and are offered in a judgment free zone. Pole

 

Our pole classes are broken down into different skill levels, beginner, intermediate & advanced. 

 

In addition to our leveled classes,  we also offer various "all levels" classes.

Each class is 60-75 minutes and each level will test your strength and skills, building on what you learned in prior levels.

Pole classes are limited to 10 students, so you must pre-register to get a space.

Sexy Sweat 
 
 

Take a peek into the art of modern burlesque dance in a safe, body positive environment where EVERY woman can get in touch with her inner vixen! 
 
We begin with a traditional dancer's warm-up and toning workout. Then, we combine elements of jazz, belly dance, musical theater, and sensual movement into a complete routine that will build your confidence and empower you to feel sexy in your own skin. 


All ages, sizes, fitness levels, and levels of dance experience are welcome! Please pre-register as there is limited space in each class. 
 

 

Belly Dance ​
Join Amy (Shahira) for a hip moving, body shaking good time. Amy has 8 years of bellydance experience and would love to teach you to move in a whole new way. 
TUESDAYS
Choose just technique or both technique & choreography
TECHNIQUE
In this 45 minute class bellydance moves will be broken down and taught in detail in addition to drills and combos. This class is a MUST to perfect your moves!

CHOREOGRAPHY
In this class we will learn new choregraphies and review/relearn choregraphies that have been taught in the past. You can learn the dances for fun, or perform at one (or all) of the fun events the Shahira Dancers entertain a

Lyra (Aerial Hoop)
Add to your aerial repertoire or start your adventures in aerial fitness with this high flying class. No experience necessary. Gain core and upper body strength while feeling like you are joining the circus!
Private Lessons
